COVID 19 Statement - Canter Events will work alongside event organisers to ensure a smooth transition to a new date should personal Covid-19 reasons cancel the event, deposits will not be refunded unless a Government restriction declared & stated on the website gov.uk has been enforced. Canter Events will however always work alongside their clients in order to ensure that a new date is prioritised at the very next available opportunity.

* Canter Events request a hire charge to cover your booking and any cancellation fees we may incur up until the day of your event. This hire charge is non refundable (unless otherwise confirmed in writing), this hire fee includes the cost of all the necessary staff, sundries and essentials to complement your event.

A travel charge of 45p/mile may be required outside a 50mile radius from YO43 and will be charged to the event organiser, subject to the discretion of Canter Events and agreed prior to the event taking place.

Temporary Event Notices, Licensing & Public liability Insurance are covered within the Hire Charge. However Canter Events unless otherwise requested will only provide a TEN for the Sale & Retail of Alcohol. No Other TEN Activities will be covered by Canter Events and no liabilities may be put back on to the company.

* When requested and in use by the event organiser: ONE token is the equivalent to ONE drink from the agreed menu (inclusive of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks). Tokens are unable to be returned for any monetary value and must be paid in advance at-least 7 days prior to the event.

* Canter Events require a minimum spend charge of £800 at all events unless otherwise agreed in writing. It will be liability off the event organiser and / or company in which the initial hire charge invoice is paid from to cover any costs.

* Canter Events will only attend an event should they be sole suppliers of alcohol or alternatively written in writing prior to commencement of the event. It is the responsibility of the event organiser to notify Canter Events in writing should they not be sole supplier. This statement is also confirmed & signed by the event organiser during the booking stage of your event.

* Standard payment terms 7 days post event, any additional allowance time must be of a valid reason and stated at point of booking. Interest will be charged on invoices not paid within the stated time frame.

*Canter Events is VAT Registered Company No. 429 8405 70 All prices Quoted & Charged will be Inclusive of VAT.

All website design, text, graphics, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this website are Canter Events and its affiliates, or their content and technology providers.
